Membership Application

There are many ways to be involved with the Milan Volunteer Fire Department. We have 3 classes of firefighters (Interior, Exterior, Limited Duty) or you can join and become an EMT, train to become fire police, or just get your feet wet as a member of the support squad. Your choice is not cast in stone, our job is to help you find the right place within our organization, there is a place for everyone. 

To Join simply, fill out the application below and return it to us either by mail, or preferably, bring to the firehouse on a Monday night between 7pm and 9pm. Our fire houses are usually manned at this time on a weekly basis.
